Permit to Work (PTW)

Course Objective:
This course is designed to;

1.  Prevent accident by avoiding misunderstanding when non-routine or potentially hazardous jobs are being carried out
2.  Ensure a non-routine job can be carried out under prescribed precautions and supervised by CP
3.  Help workers identify possible risks associated with the work and the precaution to take
4.  Ensure that a company’s standard are applied in activity
5.  Ensure responsible persons for an area, facility or operation knows and approves of a non-routine job to be done.
6.  Ensure an authorized competent person accepts responsibility for the safety of the work site.
